All the staff are so caring - and so cheerful - nothing appears too much trouble - I cannot fault my treatment at the Marsden - I'm just grateful and appreciative that I am included

Kindness, helpfulness & cheerfulness. Really tried to help & solve problems. Regular "night time" lights off would be good. (However, realise the staff have so much to do).
